HIKING: Macleay Park

← WA COLUMBIA RIVER VANCOUVER Triple Blaze →

Description

Part of the trail system that runs through Macleay Park used to be a portion of a flume that was used for mining--it was replaced by the trails that exist there today.

The park is located just a few minutes from the hubbub of the city, but you would never know. There are plenty of trails that extend through this park, one of which follows a creek that winds through the dense forest.
